SCIENTIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”
The following Terms and Conditions are NOT Negotiable and MUST be Satisfied in 24hours
1. "USA" MUST voluntarily vacate its position as a permanent member of the United Nations
Security Council (UNSC) and must personally officially welcome Persia (Iran) to
permanently replace the "country" at the Security Council.
2. "USA" MUST permanently withdraw ALL its military and intelligence personnel abroad
back to the "country" and immediately terminate ALL its military operations and spying
across the world.
3. "USA" MUST officially, peacefully and permanently grant ALL its oversee territories and
states complete autonomy without any condition or exception - including Alaska and Hawaii.
4. "USA" MUST compel ALL organizations and companies presently within its territory that
have its origin in Europe to immediately and permanently relocate their headquarters back to
Europe.
5. ALL indigenous people and aborigines of North America MUST be permanently given a
First Class status in terms of everything that relates to "USA" including politics, education,
industry, Trade and commerce, etc.
6. "USA" MUST immediately and permanently stop its (conscious or unconscious) diplomatic
meddling, manipulation and influences in other countries' domestic or regional affairs. This
MUST be implemented by immediately recalling ALL its diplomatic personnel (covert and
uncovert) including ALL its Foreign Ambassadors back to the "country". Any country that
needs "USA" diplomatic relationship MUST make a new official request to the "country".
7. "USA" MUST immediately and permanently shut down ALL its nuclear facilities and
activities - both for power generation and warheads or weapons development.
8. "USA" MUST immediately and permanently terminate ALL its synthetic telepathy and mind
control programs and activities – both at its national level and those implemented globally.
9. "USA" MUST completely pay tax owned to France since 12 October 1492 (525 years). This
tax is a minimum of 10% of its GDP since 1492 calculated for each year and as a
compounded interest.
10. “USA” MUST immediately implement the national policy that officially grants each of its
states within its national boundary in North America power for autonomy and to initiate
process for attaining independence within each state.
