a 60km de Barcelona. Su oficina central junto con la planta de producción ocupa
unas instalaciones de 8.000m2. Somos más de 100 trabajadores, aunque más
que trabajadores somos compañeros, y es este espíritu de equipo lo que nos lleva

In 1992 Original BUFF S.A created the first multifunctional headwear product
under the BUFF® brand. In 1995 the company expanded its operations in Europe and currently 80% of the company’s revenue comes from exports to more
than 60 countries. In 2006 Original Buff SA began to develop and market a line
of multipurpose tubular garments designed specifically for the professional
and industrial markets under the name BUFF® Professional.

with your company logo or brand name. The stickers are approximately
2x4cm and will be charged depending on the shape, colours, size and

Coolmax® is composed by a special four channel fibre structure that
moves moisture from your skin to the outer part of the fabric. Moisture
evaporation happens faster than in any other fabric helping to regulate
your body temperature.
BUFF® Professional products made with Coolmax® block 95% of
Ultraviolet*(UV) radiation from the sun. Sunburn is a sign of overexposure to UV light and can cause serious illnesses such as skin cancer or
cataracts. BUFF® Professional headwear made of Coolmax® effectively protects from the sun by reducing exposure to harmful UV rays.
* Fabric samples have been tested for UV protection by AITEX and LEITAT – Textile
Technology Institutes, in accordance with the AS/NZS4399 standard: 1996 “solar protection
clothing – Evaluation and classification”, with results ranging between 93.3% (UPF>15) and
96.7% (UPF>30), with an average UV protection of 95% (UPF>20).

se han recibido demasiados rayos UV. La sobrexposición a los rayos UV
puede causar enfermedades graves como cáncer de piel o cataratas. Las
prendas que como ésta, han sido diseñadas para proteger del sol reducen
la exposición a los rayos UV.

Thermolite® fabric is extremely light, can insulate and maintain body
temperature even in wet conditions. Made with hollow-core ADVANSA
fibres to trap air, the fabric is able to provide excellent thermal insulation. Thermolite dries 20% faster than cotton and it is comfortable
and light.
Los tejidos Thermolite® son capaces de proveer calidez y comodidad con
el mínimo peso, incluso cuando están húmedos o mojados. Thermolite®
es el tejido ligero de peso que provee funcionalidad porque está hecho con

NOMEX® is a meta-aramid fibre invented and manufactured by
DuPont TM. Nomex® has flame-retardant properties, is resistant to high
temperatures and will not melt, drip, or combust in air. This high level
of protection is engineered into the fibre’s molecular structure, it’s not
chemical, which means the heat and flame resistance of NOMEX® is
inherent and permanent and will last the life of the garment. As well
as resisting extreme temperatures, thanks to its advanced thermo-technology, garments made with NOMEX® offer optimum comfort and
durability.
WINDSTOPPER® protects your body from the wind chill while offering
maximum perspiration and temperature regulation.

by AITEX. According to these certifications the BUFF® Professional
range complies with the criteria regarding human ecology, as per
“Products in Direct Contact with Skin”. The certified items comply
with the requirements of current European legislation, referring to the
use of Azo colourants.
