goalies is about to change your game. When standing upright, the shaft angle is
lowered giving a “forward’s lie”, which leads to improved puck handling
and shooting. With increased distance for poke checks of approximately 1/2”,
the unique angle of the shaft keeps the paddle on the ice leaving no gap
and prevents the puck from sliding under the stick. The grip is more

COMPANY HISTORY
IT STARTED WITH A LOVE OF THE GAME.
A drive to develop and deliver superior product to a market saturated with bats and sticks that fell short on their
promises to perform.
Rich in composite sporting goods history, Combat Sports (and our affiliated companies) have been supplying composite
and hybrid composite bats and sticks to other brand name companies going back to 1994, but we quickly grew
tired of towing the OEM corporate line. We decided to create a unique identity of our own, one where we could
focus our efforts on a true players’ product lineup under our own brand, Combat.
Everyone at Combat Sports has a genuine love and enthusiasm for the game and for our product. Our staff consists of
elite level players, past greats, and weekend warriors. Not only are we regarded as composite design, manufacturing,
and engineering experts, but we are also die hard fans and players of the games. Above all, we strive to understand
what players need and want. We truly live by our motto:
