warming products, celebrated their company’s 25th anniversary this spring. BOMImed took full
advantage of the beautiful landscaping at Terracon Business Park and held a celebratory BBQ

Following the merger of UMA & Earthtech, Terracon Construction Ltd. recently completed a
35,000 square foot expansion to AECOM’s current facilities in our new Building Eleven in Tuxedo
Business Park. The expansion is seamlessly connected by a smaller building called “The Link”
which connects their original 45,000 square feet of space in Building Nine into Building Eleven.
This marks the completion of a 2 year project that was constructed over 4 phases. All of the
interior spaces were designed and built to meet LEED building standards.
BUILDING ELEVEN
PRICE is an HVAC supplier who’s mission is “to become the worldwide supplier of preference for
Air Distribution Products and Services”. Locally Price’s expertise has allowed them to land the
very exciting, as well as, technically advanced and complex project of providing the air distribution
products and service for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. With an estimated 250,000
people expected to visit the Museum annually, it will be Price’s job to protect them from Winnipeg’s harsh winters and at times blistering hot summers. Recently Price held an open house on
the Terracon Business Park grounds where customers and suppliers could come together and
see the latest product innovations from a wide variety of manufacturers.
