Objective: Participant should be able to 1.) determine the appropriate use of inhaled nasal steroids for treatment of adenoid hypertrophy. 2.) list the current clinical guidelines for performance of adenotonsillectomy in children. Objective: Participant should be able to list indications of surgical intervention in the management of laryngomalacia.
