I could not believe this turned out as good as it did. When I
read the recipe...I thought to myself, "no anchovies? no
lemon? no egg?". But OMG it is fabulous!! Super easy to
make, took a minute!

Low Fat Recipes
because alton is my hero! the dressing had a pasty texture on
my tongue. i think it may be related to the parmesan cheese
(i used reggiano and/or how my blender chopped it up. overall
taste was okay, nothing to die for. i like ina's caesar but it has
soooo much more fat and calories. i was hoping this would
have a similar taste.
