Nauti Buoy's Baked Stuffed
Crappie Recipe
This recipe is for five filets, enough
for two servings. Adjust recipe
according to amount of filets to be
baked.
In a 9" baking dish, place a layer of
thinly sliced onions (preferably 10/15
onions)
Place in microwave on high for 3
minutes
Thoroughly rinse and pat dry the
filets
Layer them over the onions
Empty a can of cream of celery
soup, 1/2 can of milk and 1/2 package of seasoning that accompanied
the dressing into a blender
Blend thoroughly
Combine the liquid with half of
package of stovetop dressing (chicken flavored) in a separate container
Spread this mixture over the layered
fish
Place in a 350-degree oven for 15

Recipe
Fresh Crappie filets
Sprinkle each side with blackened
seasoning

Clean thoroughly in cold water
Take fillets and cut into 2-inch
square pieces (or bitesize pieces)
Dip in plain old hot dog mustard.
(Salt and pepper to taste if you feel
the need!)
Roll in cornmeal, bread crumbs or
saltine crumbs
Deep fry until golden brown at 350
degrees (don't overcook)
Sprinkle with Texas Pete hot sauce
(or your favorite hot sauce)!
Pontoon Bob's Crappie Recipe
Crappie or Bream
Buttermilk, Old Bay seasoning, cornmeal, garlic powder or salt, salt &
black pepper, and veggie oil. Simple
so far.
Dip fillets in buttermilk, and add all
other seasoning into a mixing bag. I
use a 4 to 1 ratio with cornmeal being
the dominant, to old bay seasoning.
Add to your own desire of salt & pepper. After dipping the fish, immediately shake the fish in the mixing
bag.
Cook in veggie oil until golden
brown.
Enjoy! Real simple and outstanding in taste.
