four days with a talented designer for Sew Beautiful magazine. Learn
unique tips and techniques for achieving fine details and finishes. Create
two beautiful girl’s dresses with Kathy Dykstra.
*You must bring your own sewing machine.
( ) Gail Doane Sewing For Girls School – Come and learn fine sewing
techniques from Gail Doane. Create the Little White Pique Suit and an
heirloom top & pants while Gail shares her expertise in construction with a
bit of hand embroidery. *You must bring your own sewing machine.
( ) Beverley Sheldrick School – We are so excited to have Beverley
Sheldrick in this School! All the way from New Zealand, Beverley will be
here to share her expertise of embellishing with silk ribbon as you create a
woman’s blouse and a treasured sewing reticule *You must bring your own
sewing machine.
( ) Kari Mecca Embellishing School – Kari Mecca has a unique way of
using trims, beads, rickrack and other items to add the most whimsical
touch of embellishment to an otherwise simple garment. Kari has designed
three wonderfully embellished garments just for you. This class is full
of trendy tips and tricks for easy construction and fun embellishing of
children’s clothing. *You must bring your own sewing machine.

( ) Baby Lock Sew & Serge School with Pam Mahshie & Missy
Billingsley – This Baby Lock School is full of many fun techniques and
very talented teachers. Enjoy creating the great Knit Flounce Jacket with
Pam Mahshie and a stylish blouse with Missy Billingsley. With the
wonderful Baby Lock Ellisimo sewing/embroidery machine, sergers and
these talented teachers, students will enjoy sewing and serging as they
create fashionable women’s garments!

( ) Baby Lock Embellishing School with Pam Mahshie & Missy
Billingsley – Enjoy the vast creative talents of Pam Mahshie & Missy
Billingsley and a trio of Baby Lock machines. Using a Baby Lock sewing
and embroidery machine, the Baby Lock Embellisher and the new Baby
Lock Sashiko machine, the ideas and possibilities in the classroom will be
endless. Create Missy’s Favorite Jacket with Missy Billingsley and a Trendy
Tunic with Pam Mahshie.

Payment of the $75 registration fee (non-refundable if you cancel at any time) plus $100
deposit (non-refundable if you cancel after November 28, 2012) is required to register. Final
tuition payments are due by November 28, 2012. Pre-day class tuition is non-refundable
after November 28, 2012. Full tuition amounts are non-refundable after January 20, 2013.
You must email your cancellation request to [email protected]. If paid by credit
card, the balance will automatically be charged to the same credit card on file the week
of November 28, 2012. To pay the balance by check, it should be received no later than
November 28, 2012.
( ) Baby Lock School with Connie Palmer – Attend this Baby Lock
School and enjoy four days of heirloom sewing techniques with Connie
Palmer. Create a spectacular christening gown and slip while enjoying the
features of a Baby Lock sewing and embroidery machine. Add on Connie’s
pre-day classes for a special six piece christening collection.

( ) Pfaff Beginning Heirloom School with Patty Smith – This school
is for individuals who want to start at the very beginning and who have
little or no heirloom sewing experience. Create a beautiful Heirloom Party
Dress and Slip with Patty Smith in this class using the Pfaff machine
provided. Beginning French Machine Sewing pre-day class with Kathy
McMakin is required if you register for this School.

( ) Baby Lock Totally Stitchin’ School with Joi Mahon – Enjoy four
days of Fashion Boot Camp with Designer Joi Mahon and the Baby Lock
Sofia machine. Let Joi show you her process of fashion design from the
mannequin to the finished project. Learn measuring and fitting techniques
used for your own designs as well as for altering commercial patterns.

( ) Bernina School with Lezette Thomason – Lezette Thomason
joins us in the Bernina classroom for four days of classic construction.
Create a sweet dotted Swiss blouse and overlaid skirt, a twirly dress and
a fun ruffled a-line dress for girls. Have fun and learn Lezette‘s secrets for
creating fun, stylish and classic children’s clothes.

( ) Viking/Floriani School with Debbie Homer-Hofhines– Viking
students will enjoy four days packed with machine embroidery! Create
a spectacular wall hanging or bed runner that features four embroidered
panels. Learn machine embroidery techniques galore and everything you
need to know about proper stabilizers. Viking will furnish machines for
this school.

Adult four-day School Tuition is $735. Pre-day classes are offered at an additional charge.
You must be registered in a four-day school to register for pre-day classes. Pre-day Only
Option will open at a later date to be announced on Martha’s FREE email newsletter.
( ) Pfaff Quilting School with Donna Robertson – Join Donna
Robertson of Fabric Café and create the Flower Patch Baby Quilt. In
addition, students will create two quilt tops from the same pattern while
using different fabrics and learn how fabric placement changes the original
pattern. Learn basic quilting techniques and Chenille-By-The-Inch
embellishing while sewing on the Pfaff sewing machine provided for class.

( ) Pfaff School with Lindsay Wilkes – Join Lindsay Wilkes, The
Cottage Mama, and create a coordinating five piece girl’s wardrobe. Learn
construction techniques, trim application and a bit of machine appliqué
and embroidery while creating these trendy and fashionable styles for your
special girl.
