PART A: Dissolve Disodium EDTA in Deionized Water with agitation. 2. Add Carbopol®* Aqua SF-1 Polymer to Deionized Water with gentle mixing. 3. Add Chemoryl™* SFB-10SK Surfactant with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. 4. Neutralize batch with Sodium Hydroxide (18% solution) to pH 6.0 – 7.0 and mix until uniform. 5. Add PART B ingredients to PART A one at a time in order with mixing.
