How to Return Spare Parts The correct procedure Return of spare parts Please note that if for some reason you need to return your spare parts to the warehouse in either Copenhagen or Singapore, you must contact the responsible sales person in advance to make an agreement for return and to receive a ‘Return Number’. Return procedure Send an e-mail to our office via [email protected] clearly stating: Order number Number of items Reason for return Reference number Photos of damaged parts – if any. Subsequently, we will send you a Return Number and details as to where the parts should be returned. Please mark the shipping box with shipname our order number and Return Number. When all parts have been received in good condition, we will issue a credit note. How to Return Spare Parts The correct procedure Please note that spare parts are not to be returned unless you have received a Return Number from MAN PrimeServ Copenhagen in advance. If you return your spare parts without a Return Number, we may be unable to track and register your parts. Please return your spare parts to one of the addresses below.
