Upgrading has risk, so do NOT upgrade your DVR unless it has to;
Upgrading firmware must MATCH DVR original firmware;
Read upgrading instruction carefully before processing;
Please contact distributor or factory if you have any confusion, do NOT process
upgrading if you have any questions;
Recognize Upgrading firmware:
Usually, the upgrading firmware name is just like below:
Hi3515V100R003B010_V090101V090101T110812T110812V090101-36574V-VA129
We have to pay attention to the green part and orange part.
The green part is to clarify DVR item No. which the upgrading firmware can be used;
The orange part is firmware version; we have to pay attention to it because some one
has version matching issue. If user wants to upgrade VA1.2.7, then its matching
version is VA1.2.9B;
How to get new upgrading firmware?
Ask distributor or factory to get the newest firmware;
How to find out DVR item No.?
Check with distributor or factory;
How to find out DVR existing firmware version?

Three Steps to upgrade system:
1. Create a new folder in USB / Flash Disk, folder name “dvrupgrade”
2. Save new version in the “dvrupgrade” folder and connect the USB / Flash
disk to DVR
 Usually, we will send user a “RAR” file includes the folder “dvrupgrade”,
user just decompress the RAR file and copy the “dvrupgrade” folder into
USB / Flash disk
3. Update system from main menu(see below graphical representation)
Notice:
1. Do not process any operation when system updating
2. Do not cut off power supply when system updating
3. Do not move DVR when system updating
4. If updating failed or system is abnormal after updating, please contact
us ASAP
