The teaching staff is exceptional – the lecturers are full of knowledge and care passionately about their subject area. Some courses I took at KCL fulfilled requirements for my major in my home university, while others I took solely because they captured my interest. KCL allowed me to easily explore disciplines outside my major, such as English and Film Studies. Finally, the small-group seminars and well-organized structure of KEATS were invaluable in helping me adjust to the difference in teaching between KCL and that of my host university. I truly recommend this programme to anyone who is interested in studying abroad.’ Feichi Sun, Boston College ‘It is a pleasure to have study abroad students in the School. Our courses undoubtedly benefit from the different perspectives they bring. As highly motivated individuals they enliven class discussions and add to the dynamic mix of our student body.’ Dr. Ian McFadzean, Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences FULL YEAR AUTUMN SPRING • Completed a minimum of 1 year of university level study by the time you start at King’s • Cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 or the equivalent of 2:1 on the British scale • A relevant academic background for your chosen modules • Proof of English language proficiency Study Abroad ‘Health & Society’ Application n/a 1 March 1 October All Other Study Abroad Applications 1 April 1 April 1 November College Accommodation Application 30 June 30 June 30 November College Accommodation (move in) 13 September 13 September 3 January Orientation 15 September 15 September 4 January HOW TO APPLY Term Begins 22 September 22 September 5 January Students register for and complete an online application.
