How to Register on ESN’s Business Directory for Members 1) Go to http://cedec.ca/esn/directory/ 2) In the “Menu” section in the left top corner, click on Create Listing 3) At the end of the page click on ORDER NOW 4) Fill in all the information requested, then click on SUBMIT 5) When you have successfully registered, this window will appear and an Email (SUPPORT/ Account created successfully) will be sent to the email address you provided to confirm your registration. 6)

It is suggest that you keep this confirmation email in a secure place to keep your user name and password on file. When you confirm your registration by clicking on the web link given to you in your confirmation email you will be automatically redirected to the page you left at step 5. Enter your User name and Password to develop your business profile. Select the main category in which your business belongs. Complete the information requested: a) Category – select a sub‐category for your business based on the main category you selected in step 9 b) Location – make sure to click on the + sign to access all the ESN chapters (currently only listed in the Montérégie) and select the primary one that you belong to. Once completed, click SUBMIT at the end of the page, you will receive a second email to confirm your listing submission (SUPPORT/Order Submitted). 12) This page will confirm that your business has been listed for one year. It will also will give you access to manage/edit your listing (ex. Change logo, phone number, email etc.). 13) The next time you visit this page, you will need to login with your User name and Password and simply click in the MENU bar on LISTINGS. How to Register on the ESN Social Network 1) Go to http://quebecesn.ning.com/ 2) Click on the SIGN UP button on the right side of the page 3) Enter your Email and Password and click on SIGN UP. In the future, you will simply have to click on SIGN IN. 4) Fill‐in the requested information, enter the security word, and click on SIGN UP. 5) Complete the requested information. 6) This page will confirm that you are now registered on the ESN’s Social Network. 7) To upload a photo or to change your profile information, go to SETTINGS (see red arrow on image for step 6). On this page you can format your profile by clicking on the links on the left side of the page (Profile, Privacy, Email, My page). 8) You will receive a confirmation email (Entrepreneur Support Network/Welcome to Entrepreneur Support Network ) Here is some information that can be useful to you when navigating on ESN’s Social Network INVITE : allows you to invite people to the social network , this feature allows you to import your contacts in various ways (ex. importing email list, manually, etc.) MY PAGE: This is your page. You can put all kinds of information that you would like to share with ESN members on your business and on resources or thoughts that you have. MEMBERS: Allows you to see all the members that have a profile on ESN’s Social Network, and to easily connect with them. EVENTS: You can now easily view up‐coming events in term of professional development training (with ESN and partner organizations), fair, exposition etc. FORUMS: Allows you to share your thoughts, ideas, issues, questions, etc. with all ESN members. GROUPS: Currently, there are groups related to ESN Chapters listed. I invite you to join your ESN Chapter group which allows you to share only with members of that group. It’s a good place for follow‐up after a meeting or a session, or to start preparing for new ones.
