Record Pause Stop Microphone Frames Level Bar Per Second Snapshot When you press the Record button, you will hear an audio beep that indicates that you are recording. When you press the Stop button, you will hear another audio beep that indicates that you have stopped recording. The Microphone Level Bar is a green bar which moves when you speak. To insure proper sound levels the bar should stay in the mid-range level. If you're too close or too far from the camera, the sound distorts. (If the bar doesn't move, open the Options and Devices window again to make sure your Audio Microphone settings are set for Microphone Array 2-FV Audio.) Frames per second (fps) may not hold at 30 if your computer is running other programs. DO NOT RECORD IF YOUR FPS IS LESS THAN 24. Close all other computer programs including those which may be temporarily running in the background such as anti-virus programs. The Snapshot button will take a photo of you. Use this feature to create your own video thumbnail. Press Record and hear the audio beep. Take a moment to take a snapshot for your video thumbnail. This is a good way to see your image and make any adjustments to lighting, the camera angle or background. Pause for a 3-count before speaking and remember look into the camera just as if you were speaking with a customer or client. Pause for a 3-count again after your last word before moving. You may re-record as often as you like until you get just the right video. ©2012 Visual Blogging Solutions, LLC All Rights Reserved 06/01/12 6 (See tips for lighting, camera angles and backgrounds at either www.vbscustomvideo.com Learn More 24/7, or at www.ylrclients.com Resources.
