How to Record Audio/Video in WebStudy Some courses may require you to record Audio and/or Video for Assignments or Forums Language or Communications courses for example. To Record Audio you need a microphone, either built in to your computer, or in a headset. To Record Video you will need a camera, either built in, or attached to your computer. We will use creating an audio recording for a Forum as an example: After you click “Start new thread” button, or click on the Instructor’s initial post in a Forum to Reply, you will see the “RECORD AUDIO/VIDEO” button. Anywhere in WebStudy that you see this button, you can click it to open the CourseLive Recorder window. Note: If you don’t have a camera attached or built in to your computer you will see a warning message: Audio recording will still work, even if you don’t have a camera. So, if you are only required to record audio, you will be able to do that. How To Record Audio/Video in WebStudy - Student Revised January 2013 © WebStudy, Inc.
