How to Cast Your Gels Fast
This quick guide illustrates how to cast an individual gel with Bio-Rad’s TGX™ and
TGX Stain-Free™ FastCast™ acrylamide kits using 1.0 mm Bio-Rad glass plates.
To cast multiple gels using these kits with 1.0 mm Bio-Rad glass plates, multiply the amounts below by the number of gels
desired. For information on using other casting setups, please see Table 2 in the instruction manual.
