Premier Plans - Coventry’s Premier Plans are open access HMO plans that give
members the freedom to go directly to a participating doctor or specialist, without
a referral.
Premier Plus Plans - Coventry’s Premier Plus Plans are really like two health plans
in one; an “in-network” option (similar to the Coventry Premier Plan), and a
more traditional indemnity type plan, also referred to as an “out-of-network”
option. Members can choose either the innetwork option or the out-of-network
option each time they need a covered medical service.
Coventry FlexChoice - the Consumer Driven Strategy offered by Coventry gives
employers a variety of personal health accounts that can be integrated with high
deductible health plans. Included are: Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health
Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Coventry Multi-Option - Coventry Multi-Option products are a combination of
two or more plans (generally a Premier option and a Premier Plus option) which
enable employers to offer the choice of a highly managed (lower cost) plan and a
less managed (higher cost) plan to their employees. The Multi-Option Product
gives employees the freedom to select the plan best for them and is available to
groups with 5 or more employees.
Premier Select - Coventry’s Premier Select gives employers the added flexibility to
cover their employees anywhere in the United States.

Managed Prescription Drug Program - Coventry provides an integrated retail card
in varying copayment levels to assist in the management of prescription drug costs
without sacrificing convenience. A mail order benefit is available for specific
maintenance drugs. The program allows for a three-month supply, eliminating the
need to visit the pharmacy each month.
Coventry Vision - Coventry Vision offers various vision care plans that provide
benefits for routine eye examinations, glasses, and contact lenses.
Coventry Chiropractic - Coventry Chiropractic offers employers the option of
providing their mployees coverage for routine chiropractic services.
Coventry WellBeing - A program designed to give our members alternatives to
lead a healthier lifestyle. Online tools and discounts available on the following
