Course Description:
This course will provide Unit Peer Leaders the tools needed to create a “Culture of
Safety”, motivate their peers to use safe patient handling equipment, and break
through barriers. The course will include best practices based on cutting edge
research in safe patient handling. The course also includes interactive sessions and
“hands on” practice with safe patient handling equipment.

and motivating peers)
