To develop a procurement plan that is aligned to the District budget To conduct and analyse procurement of goods and services within the District Office To maintain the effective and efficient utilization of all allocated resources. To update the ZNQ. control register of goods and services To attend to all SCM unit audit queries and respond promptly. To compile and submit required monthly reports to Head-Office To prepare submission to the Chief Financial Office when necessary.
