Textile fabrics for clothing made of 100 % cotton, 100 % ramie, 100 %
linen, 100 % viscose resp. regenerated cellulose (cupro, lyocell), in
blends with cellulosic fibres (cotton, modal, linen) and synthetic fibres
(polyester, elastane), made of 100 % polyester resp. 100 % polyamide,
as weil as made of 100 % silk and silk in blends with other fibres, dyed
and printed, produced by using Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified
materials.
The results of the inspection made according to Oeko-Te x® Standard 100,
product class II have shown !hat the above mentioned goods meet the
human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for
products with direct contact to skin .
The certified articles fulfil the requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (incl.
the use of azo-dyes, nicke! , etc .) as weil as the American requirement
regarding total content of lead in children 's articles (CPSIA ; with the
exception of accessories made from glass) .
The holder of the certifi cate , wh o has issued a conformity declaration
according to ISO 17050-1 , is under an obligation to use the Oeko-Te x® mark
only in conjunction with products that conform with the sample initially
tested . The conformity is verified by audits .
This authorisation is valid until 30.09.2017
