production of 90,000 tonnes of viscose speciality fibres. Our vision is

record in supplying consistency, safety

development we add new functionalities
to our fibres, while maintaining product
quality and delivering outstanding performance properties in their products.
Going green? We are – by nature
Cellulose is nature’s high-performance
material and the natural raw material for
our fibres. The wood pulp we use carries
the highly regarded seal of the FSC® or
is certified to the PEFC™ standard, both
of which certify sustainable forestry. All
our viscose fibres are fully biodegradable
and therefore represent a sustainable
alternative to crude-oil-based materials.
Environmental responsibility
We use raw materials that are certified
for sustainability, closed production loops
with highly effective recovery rates
and operate a power house that runs
at an efficiency rate of over 90%. Our
patented technology for waste water
treatment was developed in Kelheim.
For us, protecting the environment is not
only important – it is a core competence.
