unsuccessful bidders): RM500 (for tender less than RM30,000) per unit; RM1,000 (for tender
RM30,000 and above) per unit; RM5,000 (for tender RM100,000 and above) per unit. Tender

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE AWARE :
a) All tenders are strictly and solely on “AS WHERE AS BASIS". No refunds of any nature will be entertained if the vehicle(s) tendered for fails to be registered or transferred to the
tenderers or any 3rd parties’ name by the relevant authorities including Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan.
b) No warranties or representation of any kind is made by RHB Bank Berhad. No misstatement, mis-description, mis-representation of any kind shall annul the tender or any
payment made pursuant to the tender.
c) By submitting a tender and thereafter making the payment and accepting the
vehicle(s)/goods:
i) The Tenderer shall be deemed to have made independent checks and verifications as
regard to the particulars of the vehicle(s)/goods with the relevant authorities to the tenderer’s satisfaction and no express or implied representation regarding the accuracy of the
particulars of the vehicle is made and RHB Bank Bhd expressly disclaims any liability thereof;
ii) The Tenderer has expressly acknowledges that the vehicle shall be subject to PUSPAKOM
inspection at the tenderer's own expenses and costs at the storeyard where the vehicle is
stored BEFORE the vehicle is release from the storeyard. By accepting the vehicle and
removing the vehicle from the storeyard irrespective of PUSPAKOM inspection, the tenderer
agrees that no refunds of any nature shall be made by RHB Bank Bhd to the Tenderer if the
vehicle subsequently fails any PUSPAKOM test after being released from the storeyard.
iii) No refund for vehicle passed Puspakom test with conditions (Lulus Bersyarat)
