Circular
This is to inform to all the concerned that the University has decided to organize 4 th annual
Convocation in January, 2015 tentatively on 22nd January, 2015. The University has activated
online application form which can be filled by the students who has cleared all the prescribed
norms for award of the degree/diploma in 4th Convocation. The last date to fill the online form
and submit it to the University is 10-12-2014 (Wednesday).
The University may invite selected students in this Convocation to receive their Degrees in-person
to those who opt “In Person” in the application form. The selection criteria will be strictly based
on the CPI/CGPA.
The students are requested to visit the University website regularly to get latest update on the
convocation program. The University shall upload the list of the students who shall attend the
convocation “In Person” on the university website 15 days before the convocation date.
This is issued with the permission of the competent authority.
