Note :
(1) All the entries must be filled correctly. Applications with incorrect and incomplete entries will be rejected and no complaint in
respect of the same will be entertained.
(2) Candidates are required to write their name accurately in capital letters only, the degree certificates will be issued in the name
written by them in their application.
(3) Registration fee for convocation is Rs 1,000/- (Including Gown & Ribbon Charges & Galla Lunch. The security deposit for Gown and
ribbon would be extra) through D.D. in favour of Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior.
(4) Legible Photo Copy of Mark sheet of PG Diploma Examination must be invariably attached by a Gazetted Officer as well your own
signature.
(5) Students, who are not able to attend the convocation, may collect their diplomas after depositing fee of Rs. 2,000/- through D.D. in
favour of Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior.

If the application is forwarded by post it should be registered/speed post along with fees. The fee should be sent by the
Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, IITTM, Gwalior. In no case fees will be accepted by money order or
enclosing currency note. No complaint about the loss of currency notes enclosed with the application, despite this
instruction will be entertained. The last date for the registration along with the fee is the date of convocation.

CONVOCATION – 2015*
REGISTRATION
The convocation is scheduled in the third week of March, 2015 at IITTM, A-35-36, Sector-62, Noida–
201309 (U.P.).
(1)
The Second Convocation of the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management for
conferring Post Graduate Diploma to the successful candidates of 2009-2011, 2010-12,
2011-13 and 2012-14 batches of all centers will be held at IITTM, Noida in the third
week of March 2015. Students of these batches are cordially invited to attend the
convocation to receive the Diploma.

They are required to report at the ‘Registration Desk’ located in the Administrative
Building, IITTM, Noida at 14:00 hrs. one day in advance before convocation.
(3)
There will be a full dress rehearsal for diploma recipients one day in advance
before convocation function at 15.00 hrs in the Convocation Hall. In case a
diploma recipient does not attend rehearsal he/she will not be allowed to take the
diploma at the Convocation function.
(4)
The representative of the Agency providing Dress/gown will be present at the Reception
Counter one day in advance before convocation day from 14:00 hrs onwards. An
amount of Rs.2000.00 (refundable) as security deposit shall be charged from them by
the agency at the time of issue of gown and hood. The security money will be refunded
soon after the gown and the hood are returned to them after the Convocation function is
over. No candidate will be admitted to the Convocation Hall, who is not in proper
academic robe prescribed by the Institute.

In case the recipients are unable to attend the Convocation, their diploma will be sent to
them after the convocation by post on receipt of a written request, giving at mailing
address and on depositing the required dues / documents, payment of outstanding dues
if any, and a fee of Rs. 2000/- by bank draft drawn in favour of the Director, IITTM,
payable at Gwalior.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Convocation.
(7)
Please take your seat at convocation hall by 10.00 A.M. on Convocation Day.
