Under the supervision of IKO Mitsushima Japan
Senior Fighters consist of three categories -60kg, -70kg & +70kg.
Each Team is consist of 3 fighters, 2 for Kata Competition (Sepai) & 2 for Demonstration.
There will be four weights for Under 15 Kids Competition -30kg, -40kg, -50kg & -60kg.
Each Team is consist of 3 fighters, 2 for Kata Competition (Penan Sono Son) & 2 for
Demonstration.
All Participants can send champion ship form at following mentioned address before 1
November 2014.
Draws will be taken on 7 November 2014 in KFP Headquarter, Saidpur Road,
Rawalpindi. All nearest area chiefs must present. (Punjab, KPK, Islamabad, AJK, Fata,
Navy Air-force & Punjab Police)
Final draws will be available at www.kfp.com.pk on 8 November, 2014.
Please fill accurate age and weight for each participant otherwise your participant could be
disqualify.
All the fights of champions will be according to the rules and regulations of Kyokushin kai
karate. For more details contact to the Championship Secretory.

November 15 & 16, 2014, Rawalpindi.

organization, its officers and members (collectively to release) form any claim and all claim, demand,
right to action of whatsoever kind of nature which may subsequently accrue to me, arising out of or
connected in any way with my participation in Championship program at this National Kyokushin
Championship November 15 & 16, 2014, Rawalpindi. Whether caused by the negligence of
Kyokushin Federation Pakistan (KFP) or otherwise.
I further release the Release form any claim whatsoever on account of first aid, treatment or services
rendered to me during my participation in the championship program at the National Kyokushin
Championship.
I further understand that serious accident occasionally occurs in the sport of Karate, and that persons
engaging in the sport of Karate occasionally sustain mortal or serious involved, nevertheless, I hereby
agree to assume those might be liable to me, spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assignees for
damage.
I expressly agree that the provisions of this release, waiver and indemnity are contractual and not merely
recital 10 are governed by and shall be construed in accordance of the laws of Pakistan and that if any
portion thereof is held invalidity is agreed that the remaining provisions shall, notwithstanding, continue
in full legal force and effect this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and
assignees.
