are allowed as of 9 years.

ADMISSION FEES
• Spectator admission fee : € 10,00 incl. free drink voucher.
• Participants price : € 7.00 to arrange on-the-spot (Note ! Cancellation the day itself is not deducted with the participation price
of the team. The initial number of participants will be charged. If
possible, we ask you to bring the due amount in an envelope.)
• 3 coaches free for each team
COACHES
• Because fights will be held on different tatami, 3 coaches per team are free
• Coaches come dressed in track suits.
• T he coach signs a document at the control weighing in which he dismisses the organisation of responsibility and states that its participants are in order with their sports insurance.
TIMETABLE
• Competitors and coaches must register between 8 am and 9 am
for the weighing.
• Please note ! It’ a control weighing! Since the draw is already pre-
compiled.
• If the specified weight is incorrect there can not be switch in
weight class. As such the fighter will not be able to participate.
GIVE US THE CORRECT WEIGHTS !
• The Sports Hall will be opened to the public at 9.30am. • Briefing of coaches and referees about 10 am.
• Fighting start about 10.30 am.
• Junior competition will be first finished. U-24 matches go through
after juniors.

REGISTRATION
• Please use the registration form attached. Please accurately fill it
out and return it to [email protected].
• If you do not get a confirmation after 5 days, please call the
organiser 0032/485.62.76.63 to make sure that your registration
arrived us
• Final date for entries monday 11th may.
REFEREES AND JUDGES
• We would appreciate it if (shin)kyokushin clubs communicate the
names of referees and judges who are willing to referee and judge
during the championship.
COMPULSARY PROTECTION
• All minors : gloves, shin and instep pads, helmet, groin protection,
breast cups for girls (no breastplate !) mouth protection recommended.
• U24 Male : Only groin protection, mouth protection recommended
Female : Shin instep pads, breast cups for girls
(no breastplate!). mouth protection recommended
FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUES
• Children 9 till 14 years : no mae geri yodan allowed
PARKING
• There are 3 car parks near the sports hall.
Parking A, B, and C. Please keep the access avenues to the domain free, in order
that good traffic flow stays possible in case
of emergency. staff will assist you with
this during the morning. For this reason
you may find an air photo on witch the car
parks are indicated.
