RISE provides a minimum of 4 competitive games that includes a single elimination Championship bracket. Winners and
Runner-Ups from all age categories will be awarded with Championship Trophies and DMVelite Tee’s.
RISE is a highly valued tournament that offers a media notebook after each event, scouting by the DMV Recruiting Guide,
Affiliate media Partners, Game and Player Stats provided to every College Coach in the country. All games covered by DMVelite
Media and DMVelite Affiliates from around the region including the NFHS Sports Network Live Streaming. Players and Fans can
subscribe for as little as $9.95 and gain full game access for marketing and personal use.

GAME RULES
Technical fouls shoot one shot plus ball.
16 minutes halves- stop clock (9th, 10th, 11th)
Double overtime will be a one-minute stop clock with no additional timeout.
14 minutes halves – stop clock (6th, 7th, 8th)
Triple overtime is one minute running clock with no additional timeout.
Mercy Rule for teams trailing by 25 or more points with 7 or 8 minutes
One and One at the 7th team foul and Bonus at the 10th team foul.
