Leveraging the latest technology in microprocessors, communications and applications,
the Alstom DAP IO is the next-generation input/output (I/O) module for substation
automation and SCADA RTU applications. The DAP IO module can be deployed with
Alstom's DAPserver as a standalone RTU or integrated with IEDs to form a substation
automation system. It can also be used to replace legacy RTU I/O modules with
minimal field wiring changes. DAP IO is the most practical and cost effective solution
for substation RTU and automation upgrades and retrofits.
