What does the YESFX course offer?
Basic Level Examination
Requires basic knowledge of the legal framework on the capital market and concerns individuals who wish
to be certified only for:
Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more Financial Instruments
Execution of orders on behalf of clients
Advanced Level Examination
Requires advanced knowledge of the European legal framework on the capital markets, and it applies to
individuals who wish to be certified for all the investment services and activities offered by CIFs which are as
follows:
Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more Financial Instruments
Execution of orders on behalf of clients
Dealing on own account
Portfolio Management
Investment Advice
Underwriting and/or placing of financial instruments whether on a firm commitment basis or not
