GAVIN HANKS joins Aegate as Chief Financial Officer
Aegate are very pleased to announce that Gavin Hanks has joined as Chief
Financial Officer. Gavin will also be responsible for the key support functions
of Human Resources, Legal and Procurement.
Gavin joins us from the Rothschild Group of companies having spent over 11
years as finance director for two of its businesses: Specialist Fleet Services Ltd.
and Five Arrows Leasing Ltd. Previous to this, Gavin spent 6 years as an
Associate Director at KPMG, one of the global top 4 accounting firms.
Gavin has an impressive record of enabling growth companies to reach their
potential by providing a stable platform from which to drive business growth. Gavin has participated in a
number of acquisitions, MBOs, LBOs and other M&A activities. Furthermore he has had experience working in
Germany and understanding the complex facets of an International business.
Gavin is a very personable, approachable and jovial leader who is an important leadership asset as we build
our teams.
Aegate is embarking on a rapid acceleration of the business scaling our revenues and organisation across
multiple European countries and building on our continued leadership in the Digital Medicine Network.
