Campers will be empowered to live an active and positive life within a safe and healthy environment created specifically for them, while family members will gain support and advice from expert staff. Saturday, November 22nd 10am – 2pm YWCA Camp Kokokahi Kaneohe, HI City, State & Zip Fun & Adventure Keiki will have a great time participating in educational games, challenging activities and outdoor fun at YWCA’s Camp Kokokahi! Support & Education Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to learn more about CKD and how to care for their loved ones, including information about renal diets, support groups and disease management.
