Dear community members,
Gympie & District Women’s Health Centre has returned to their former site at Alfred Street after repairs have been
completed from a fire earlier this year. The Centre offers a variety of services for women which include counselling,
information, referral, support, free cervical cancer screening and free clinical services for men and women. If you need
a friendly ear and some guidance give the ladies a call on 5483 6588. An Open House to welcome everyone back to Alfred
Street will be held on Thursday, 14/8 from 4pm-5pm – drop in and say hi!
If you don’t receive the calendar and would like to be added to the monthly calendar email data base or if you receive the
events calendar and you would like to be taken off the list, please make contact. The Event Calendar is a voluntary free
community service for individuals and organisations to disseminate the information to clients, family, friends and
visitors. Thank you for those organisations that have placed the event calendar in its entirety on their web site and
attribute it to me or photocopy it or send it out using their own data bases.
Every effort has been made to provide the correct information. If there are any errors, inclusions or changes for the next
monthly Calendar of Events, please do not hesitate to contact me. M: 0438 850 109 E: [email protected]
