Circuit Class - Taught in an interval
format: cardio and strengthening segments.
The impact on the joints is low and the
intensity is medium. 60 minutes.
Sweat Shop 105 - A combination of
high/low aerobics, step, strength, and
power moves. This fat buring class will
keep you moving at amoderate to high
intensity pace. 105 minutes.
Core Benderball - A unique and challenging
workout for the core using bender balls
to sculpt and strengthen. 45 minutes.
Cycle - Try these trendy classes and get on
the road to fitness! Group indoor cycling is
motivating, exhilarating and calorie burning.
Classes are 35, 45, 50, 60, and 75 minutes
long.
Flash Dance - Dance away calories as you
move through this energizing dance aerobics
class! The level of choreography is
intermediate to advanced and the
combinations build on one another, so look
out for the new combinations! 60 minutes.
Grooving - Come join us for this fun, energetic,
cardio dance class! All levels are welcome! 50
minutes.
Move, Shake, Splash - A fun, moving and
twisting workout in the water to music
and strengthening with paddles, noodles,
bands kickboards, etc.45 minutes.
Rip It Up Legs and Rip It Up Arms & Abs Come for a challenging strength class for
your legs, arms and abs! 60 minutes.
Line Dancing - Grab your boots and hat to
join in on this fun beginner/intermediate line
dance class! Boots, dance shoes or athletic
shoes are ok.
Pilates Plus - These mind/body exercises are
the key to obtaining a balanced, strong torso
that can change the way your body looks,
feels and moves! 60 minutes.

this cycling class that will give you challenge
drills from the moment it starts. 60 minutes.
Group Power - This barbell program
strengthens all your major muscles in an
inspiring, motivating group enviroment
with fantastic music! With simple,
athletic movements, Group Power is for
all ages and fitness levels. 60 minutes.
Positive Hits Cycle 45 - Come be motivated
and inspired with great music! Positive
music including some contemporary
Christian hits. 45 minutes.
Turbo Kick - A combination ofintense
kickboxing moves, as well as, dance
moves all perfectly choreographed to high
energy & motivating music. It’s the ultimate
cardio challenge that’s a unique blend of
intense
intervals,
strength/endurance
training and a relaxing cool-down. Requires
no previous kickboxing experience or
equipment. 60 minutes
Body Rock - Come to this fat blasting
workout! Burn calories, boost metabolism
and get lean. Interval based training class.

Strength & Stretch - Come join this
express workout to tone up your arms and
legs and finish with a nice relaxing stretch.

SilverSneakers Circuit - Combine fun with
fitness to increase your cardiovascular and
muscular endurance power with a circuit
workout. 60 minutes.
Beyond the Barre - Barre is taking the
country by storm and we’re bringing you
our own unique version. Each class will
focus on providing a balanced, complete body
workout by incorporating principles from
various disciplines including: Pilates, Dance
and Yoga. All classes are low impact and
designed for all levels of fitness.
SilverSneakers Classic - Have fun and move
to the music through a vairety of exercises
designed to increase muscluar strength,
range of motion and activity for daily living
skills as well as balance and fall
prevention. 60 minutes.
SilverSneakers Cardio - A challenging
cardio sculpting class which blends low
impact aerobic activity with free weights,
bands, etc. to tone and sculpt. Designed
for those who have deomstrated a consistent
level of unassisted movement proficiency.

Cardio Fit II - A more challenging class
that includes low-impact cardiovascular
combinations followed by strength training
with dumbbells, bands, and other props
to strengthen and tone all major muscle
groups. 60 minutes.
Step, Sculpt & Strength - This highly
motivating and not difficult to follow
class has you alternating between
stepping and strength exercises. You
will keep moving the full 60 minutes.
R.I.P.P.E.D - High Instensity Fitness
Training. Total body workout utilizing
resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals,
Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet components.
Tabata - A full body workout consisting of
Cardio, Strength and Core exercises in the
Tabata Interval format: 20 seconds of work
followed by 10 seconds of recovery (repeated
8 times for a total of 4 minutes per exercise).
Backed by scientific research, the Tabata
protocol is proven to physiologically
transform your body! (6am class is a shorter
30 minute format).
Pilates Body Awareness - A workshop/
class where you will learn and practice
the fundamentals of Pilates. 60 minutes

yoga but didn’t know where to begin?
Well this is the class for you! Learn the
yoga basics. 60 minutes.
Yoga Fusion - A mind and body class
where total body conditioning, focus
and increased flexibility are just a few of
the benefits. This yoga class flows and
gives choices between beginner and
advanced poses. 60 minutes. (Tue class is a
longer 85 minute format.)
Yoga For Athletes - An advanced, energeic
and fun class that focuses on the
connection of breath, movement and sound.
Mon - 80 minutes.
Yoga Deep Stretch - This format of yin yoga
is a slower pace style that holds asanas
for longer periods of time with the aim
of increasing circulation in the joints and
improving flexibility. All levels welcome.
75 minutes.
Strong, Stretched & Centered - You’ve heard
all about it. Strengthen the core and feel
stronger, more agile, and create better
balance and sports performance. 45 minutes.
Water In Motion - Come enjoy a real pool
party with this exciting workout that
combines cardiovascular training with
muscle toning techniques in the massaging
environment of the pool.
Zumba - Zumba is an aerobic dance class
derived from Latin music and steps such
as salsa, merengue, cumbia, mambo,
reggaeton and much more! No partner
necessary. 60 minutes.
Aqua Fiesta - Same format as Move, Shake,
Splash but a 60 minute party!
