Are you an active member?
Are you an active member, the kind who would be missed?
Or are you just contented, that you name is on the list?
Do you attend the meetings, and mingle with the flock?
Or do you stay at home, to criticize and knock?
Do you take an active part, to help the work along?
Or are you just satisfied, to say that you belong?
Do you ever volunteer, and get right in the mix?
Or leave the work to just a few, than talk about the “cliques”?
Think this over, member, you know right from wrong.

Tips from Chair Yoga Instructor, Priscilla Estes  Laugh! - studies show that laughter stimulates the immune system and balances mind, body and spirit.
So laugh at yourself--take a child to a children’s movie, exchange jokes,
see the funny side of serious, schedule playtime, be silly and exaggerate
the negative and laugh.
 Cool Down this Summer - This simple breathing cools and relaxes
the body and aids digestion: Curl the tongue into a “U” shape, Inhale
through the curled tongue and Exhale through the nose.
