The M.X. Joseph Ever Rolling Trophy
‘The M.X. Joseph Ever Rolling Trophy’ is instituted in the memory of
late M.X. Joseph who was the Founder Director and Treasurer of the Toc H Public
School. He had a long innings at Toc H and was held in high esteem by one and all
on account of his commitment to the Toc H ideals. He was a voracious reader, a
great scholar and a known writer in Malayalam literature. He had dedicated his
entire life to the cause of education. Besides translating Khalil Gibran’s two One Act
Plays and two novelettes he has authored ‘Ivide Kanneerinde Pookkal Viriyunnu’,
‘Ore Vazhi’ and ‘Sneha Swapnagal’. He has left behind the great legacy of a role
model for others to emulate.
This prestigious Ever Rolling Trophy is instituted for the School that emerges first in
the Toc H Super Quiz

The host School is not eligible to receive the trophy even if it is the winner. In such
an event the runner-up shall receive the trophy.

Registration fee : Rs.200/- per team.

Fee shall be paid in the form of D.D. in favour of “Toc H Public
School, Vyttila” or as cash at the time of registration.

The entry form should be returned to Toc H Public School on or
before 27th October 2014 (Monday), complete in every aspect. You can

Rules :
1]
Open to students of Stds. IX to XII of Schools affiliated to CBSE
and situated within the state of Kerala.
2]
A team shall consist of 2 students.
3]
A school can register only a maximum of three teams. But only one
team from a school will be qualified for the final round.
4]
A teacher shall accompany the team(s) and shall be in charge of their
conduct.
All participants shall possess identity cards /identity certificates
issued by their respective School Principals.

6]
All participants shall present themselves for the competition in their
School uniforms.
7]
Writing instruments (pen / pencil/ eraser) should be brought by the
participants.
Rules for Super Quiz :
The topics will include General Knowledge, Science, Sports, Geography,
Politics, Entertainment, Literature, Computer Science, IT, Current Affairs etc.,
as expected upto the level of a CBSE Std. XII student.
The written preliminary will be held at 11.00 a.m. Teams not reporting
in time will be disqualified.
The top 6 teams identified will be called on the stage for the Finals
(Oral Round).
Quiz Master’s decision will be final and binding.
N. B: Food coupons will be made available at Rs. 30 for vegetarian and Rs.50 for
Non-vegetarian at the venue.

Boarding and lodging for one accompanying teacher and the team members can be
arranged, if required, for teams from distant locations on prior request. Such
