Abstract Submission
Guidelines
Presenter should be a registered delegate of ASTICON 2014.
All scientic communications and process of abstract submission are to be done online through:

Guidelines for abstract:
Word limit: 250
Underline the name of presenting author.
Guidelines for paper presentation
Time allotted Free paper - 6 minutes
Award paper - 7 minutes (All can participate)
The paper presentation should be as per the following format: Introduction, material methods, results
and discussion.
For award presentation, only the name of the presenting author should be mentioned and not of the coauthors and institution.
H.C.Mohanty- Quiz competition
A team of 2 participants from each college is allowed.
Preliminary written selection will be held on 31st October 2014.
Prior intimation regarding the participants of the quiz should be given to the conducting team.
Dr.C.N.Sowmini- Poster presentation
The poster size should be 4 feet height by 3 feet width.
Font size should be readable at a distance of 1.5 metre.
IUSTI-IASSTD & AIDS SCHOLARSHIP
Three papers will be selected and the scholarship amount is Rs 20,000 for each paper.
Both award papers as well as free papers will be considered for the scholarship selection.
Presenter has to mention in the abstract form if he/she is willing to be considered for the scholarship.
If the selection committee feels that no paper has met the required standard, scholarship will not be
awarded for that year.
The presenter selected must be present for the oral presentation. No proxy will be allowed.

Presenter can either be a member or non-member of IASSTD & AIDS
Must be a registered delegate of the conference
Age-No bar
Exclusion Criteria
The following are not eligible for the scholarship:
