Our HJC president, Dr. Richard Meyer, in his Ko1Nidrei address, mentioned the good in. I couldn’t agree more. Our shul is not perfect, but it is a good place to be right now. The question 1s: where do we go from here? The first thing for all-of us to remember — and I cannot emphasize it enough — is that we must remain humble, both as individuals and as a congregation. Humility is the key to growth and success. Humility is translated in how we talk to each other and in the way we cooperate with other congregations.
