Rules and Regulations
1. Entry for Karnataka players/UKCA Registered players only.
2. Entry Fee Rs.250/- and UKCA Fee for Year 2014-15 - Rs.100

5. Entry closes on 28th October 2014, Rs.50/- late
fee after 28th October.
6. Duration of play: 20 minute+10 second each player.
7. No of Rounds: Minimum 9 rounds. Players bring your chess set & CHESS CLOCKS.
8. Appeal Committee of 5 members with 2 reserves amongst the official present at players
meeting shall be formed before the commencement of the tournament.
9. No member of the committee can vote on dispute in which a player from his district is
involved and in such case reserve members shall take his place in the committee.
10. In case of dispute the Tournament Director's decision will be final and binding on all.
11. Protest have to be lodged in writing within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident
along with a fee of Rs. 500/- which shall be refunded only if the protest is upheld.
12. The organizers/ Arbiter of the tournament have the right to accept or reject any entry
without giving any reason.
Note : Prizes will not be shared ( One player will get one prize only)

Pickup & drop on both days from Maddur bus stand to venue &
back!
Direction: From Bangalore-- Mysore highway – Rudrakshipura gate( before Maddur) turn
left- 6 kms to RK –PU college. From Mysore – Bangalore Highway ( After Maddur) turn
right – 6 kms to RK PU college. Big Banner will be there for direction at Rudrakshipura
