At A Grand Affair, an event rental company based in Davis, Calif., it is our
mission to help make your important event a grand affair, whether an intimate
dinner for two or a formal gala for two hundred! Our quality rental products and
superior customer service will keep you coming back again and again.

Planning an event can be a stressful experience. Let us take some of that
stress away for you. We'll discuss your ideas and design a variety of options to
satisfy your expectations. We can provide all of your rental needs or just
certain elements, it's up to you. When you give us the thumbs-up we'll make
sure that your order is correct and ready to be picked up or delivered on-time,

Auction Brisk Up
Saddle up for a foot stompin’ good time
and giddy-up to Glide Ranch! When you
check in on the night of the Auction, you
will receive a bidder number. To place a bid during the Silent Auction,
write your bid number on the bid form displayed with each item.
During the silent auction, if auction officials designate your bid as the
highest, this also forms a legal contract to purchase the item. If you
really want an item and don’t want to be outbid then you may write in
your own bid for an amount higher than listed or write your bidder
number in the box next to “Buy It Now.” The “Buy It Now” will override
any previous bids (except overbids) and will close that item for the
night.
The Live Auction will begin after the silent auction closes and will
continue until all items have been auctioned. To participate in the live
auction, hold your bid card in the air so the auctioneer (and our
wandering bid-spotters) can see the number. Please be aware that if
the live auctioneer accepts your bid, you've entered a legal contract to
purchase the item.
Our check-out volunteers will record all bid sheets and have them
ready by 9:20 p.m. At check-out, you can pay by check, cash, or credit
card, but you must pay in full. We strongly prefer cash or checks, as
credit card fees lessen the amount of profit that benefits DPNS. Please
take all items home with you on the night of the event. All auction
purchases are final. Sorry, no exchanges or refunds. Unless otherwise
noted, services or events that you purchase expire within one year of
the auction date.
Each person who is issued a bid number assumes all risks and
hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each
bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability Davis Parent Nursery
School and the Davis Joint Unified School District, its elected and
appointed officials, members, and employees, the auctioneer, the event
organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with it.

have a solution for you...
Invite up to 20 of your friends to Ink Monkey for your next birthday or team party where
the guest will screen print their own shirts.
The birthday child or team parent needs to contact us 4 weeks prior to the party and will
provide us a design, design concept, team logo, etc. Ink Monkey staff will create and email
a mockup. We will spend up to 30 minutes of design time to create the final design/layout
for your shirts.
You bring the food i.e.: pizza, cake, drinks etc.
Ink Monkey provides the invites, tables, shop tour (approx 30 min) and the party favor(free
custom printed white t-shirts).
The kids have a lasting memory of printing their own shirts by hand and the fun they had!
Parties last about 2 hours depending on how many people attend. Additional kids may
participate for a fee per person.

day of fishing and fun for four! A guided fishing trip to a private, stocked lake located

children. We will catch and release black bass and sun fish. All fishing rods, reels, and
tackle provided. Bonuses include a paddle boat and picnic table on site. There are deer,
frogs, and wild flowers to view and enjoy. This will be a trip to remember. The fish will be
plentiful and everyone will catch many. Possible dates starting in April to be mutually
