Rewari in Civil Suit titled as Krishna Yadav V/s State of Haryana, sanction is hereby accorded
to count the services of Smt. Krishna Yadav, Principal, (Retd.), GGSSS, Majra Sheoraj
(Rewari) w.e.f. 11.12.1979 to 14.09.1994 rendered as S.S. Mistress in Non Govt. Aided
School i.e. Adarsh Kanya High School Bawwa (Rewari) as qualifying service for the purpose
of calculation of pension with the condition that she will have to refund the Management Share
along with 10% annual compound interest for this period.

Terms and Conditions
1.
On the availability of the unavailable ACRs of previous years as
mentioned above, if the integrity of the promotee is found doubtful
he/she will be reverted without giving any notice.
2.
The inter-se-seniority of the promotee is subjected to the claim of their
seniors, who have not been promoted in these order due to various
reasons and for whom the posts are kept reserved.
3.
If an official is found senior to these officials at any stage due to
refixation of his/her seniority in his/her feeder cadre, the junior most
promotee shall be reverted without giving any notice.
4.
If at any stage it is found that any official has been promoted in these
orders inadvertently who was otherwise actually not eligible for
promotion will be reverted to his/her feeder cadre original post
without any notice.
5.
That these promotions are subject to the condition that all the
particulars and data supplied by the concerned employees and field
offices are correct. In the event of any information found to be
factually incorrect, erroneous or misrepresented, the promotion so
granted shall be withdrawn forthwith without affording any further
opportunity.
6.
If the seniority of any official is fixed later on according to the
instructions contained in Govt. letter No.22/73/92-3GS-III dated
14.10.99, he/she will be reverted without giving any notice.
7.
That the Lecturer(s) who are on deputation with Chandigarh
Administration or on foreign service and his/her junior is given
promotion, he/she will be entitled for proforma promotion under next
below rules.
8.
Incumbents promoted from amongst Lecturers shall have to undergo
atleast three weeks in service training in administrative and accounts
module.

All the promotees are directed to join their new place of posting and
submit their joining report direct to the undersigned/ Director Secondary
Education, Haryana, Panchkula within seven days otherwise their
promotions will be treated as cancelled without any further notice. It shall
be assumed that since he/she has not joined, he/she is not interested in
promotion and the next incumbent will be considered for promotion.

18 of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to your application dated
and subsequent correspondence with
the school/inspection in this regard, I convey the grant for provisional recognition to Bhagirath Public
School, Koolpur (Yamuna Nagar) for Class 1st to 8th to with effect from 01-04-2014 run by Managing
Committee, Bhawani Educational & Charitable Trusi, Koolpur (Yamuna Nagar)
The above sanction is subject to fulfillment of followine conditions:1. The grant for recognition is Class not extendable and does not in any way imply any obligation to
recognize/affiliate beyond Class VIII.
2. The school shall by the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009
and the Haryana State Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules 2011.
3. The school shall admit in class I, to the extent of the Strength of that class. Children belonging to weaker
section and disadvantaged group in the neighborhood and provide free and compulsory elementary education
till its completion :
Provided, that in case of pre primary classes also, this norm shall be followed.
4.For the children referred to in paragraph 3, the school shall be reimbursed as per sub section (2) of
section 12. To receive such reimbursements school shall provide a separate bank account.
5. The school shall not collect any capitation fee and subject the child or his or her parents or guardians to any
screening procedure.
6.The school shall not deny admission to any child for lack of age proof. If such admission is sought
subsequent to the extended period specified for admission,the same shall not be denied and the shall not be
denied and the child shall not be discriminated on the ground of religion, caste or race, place of birth or any
of them.
The school shall ensure that :0)
no child admitted shall be held back in any class or expelled from school till the completion of
elementary education in a school;
(ii) no child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment;
(iii) no child is required to pass any board examination till the completion of elementary education.
(iv) every child completing elementary education shall be awarded a certificate as laid down under
rule 22;
(v)
inclusion of students with disabilities /special needs as per provision of the Act;
(vi) the teachers are recruited with minimum qualifications as laid under section 23(1) of the Act.
Provided further that the current teachers who, at the commencement of this
Act do not
posses minimum qualifications shall acquire such minimum qualification within a period of 5
years;
(vii) the teacher performs its duties specified under section 24(1) of the Act; and
(viii) the teachers shall not engage himself or herself for private teaching activities.
7. The school shall follow the syllabus on the basis of curriculum laid down by academic authority.
8. The school shall enroll students proportionate to the facilities available in the school as prescribed 19.
9. The school shall maintain the standards and norms of the school as specified in section 19 of the Act.

10.No unrecognized classes shall run within the premises of the school or outside in the same name of school.
11.The school buildings or other structures or the grounds are used only for the purposes education and skill
development.
12.The school is run by a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860(21 of 1860), or a public
trust constituted under any law for the time being in force.
13.The accounts should be audited and certified by a Chartered Accountant and proper accounts statement
should be prepared as per rules. A copy each of the statements of accounts should be sent to the District
Elementary Education Officers every year.
14.The recognition code Number allotted to your school is 2552/YNR/8th/BOSE/2014. This may please
be noted and quoted for any correspondence with this office.
15.The school furnishes such reports and information as may be required by the Director of
Education/District Elementary Education Officer from time to time and complies with such instructions of
the State Government/Local Authority as may be issued tosecure the continued fulfillment of the
condition or recognition or the deficiencies in working of the school.

The school shall be open for inspection-for the inspecting officer authorized by the Director/Appropriate Authority.
Recognition so granted shall be reviewed after every 10 years.
No financial assistance shall be granted by the Department to the school.
School premises shall not be used for commercial purppose and anti National activities.
Approval of Managing Committee shall be obtained from the appropriate authority in case of any change in the committee.
The Managing Committee shall follow the instructions issued by Government/Director from time to time and supply the information to the
Govt./Department as required.
In addition to above the Managing Committee shall abide by the provisions of Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 and amendments if
any thereafter. The Managing Committee shall be liable for disciplinary action in case of violation of any provisions of the rules.
School will provide ramp within six months otherwiserecognition will stands withdrawn.
If any information, at any stage found Contrary to the Fact's the recognition would be revoked forthwith.
That the number of students in classroom shall not be more than the students calculated on the 10 square feet per student for secondary
and Senior Secondary Schools and 9 Square feet per student fo elementary state.
The managing committee shall abide by the provisions of Haryana School Education Rules 2003(amended) & R.T.E. Rules 2011 and
amnedments it any thereafter. The Managing shall be liable for diciplinary action in case of violation of any provision of the rules.
