Credit Union to
raise funds for
Gillette ‘Miracle’
Mid-Minnesota Federal
Credit Union (MMFCU) has
begun a fund-raising effort
they are calling “Miracle
Mondays” now through Nov.
24. MMFCU has devoted the
Mondays in September,
October and November to
raise funds for Gillette
Children’s
Specialty
Healthcare—part of the
Children’s Miracle Network.
Now through Nov. 24, all
MMFCU branches will
accept cash donations on
behalf of the Children’s
Miracle Network, with all
proceeds directly benefitting
Gillette Children’s Specialty
Healthcare—an organization
serving children with disabilities and chronic conditions,
based in St. Paul with a clinic
in Baxter.
“Fall fundraising has
become a tradition at
MMFCU. It is a very special
time for staff”, said President
and CEO Chuck Albrecht.
“We wholeheartedly enjoy
any opportunity we can give
back to our community; but
to also be able to contribute to
such an amazing organization, doing miracles for children, is even more near and
dear to each of our hearts.”
Stop by any MMFCU
branch to learn more about
Gillette Children's Specialty
Healthcare, to make a contribution and show your support. In turn, MMFCU will
match up to $5,000 in donation dollars raised. Together,
we have the potential to raise
a great deal of money for a
wonderful cause.
