pot, any dish is fine or no dish at all - everyone's welcome. We will sample good eats and exchange
the recipes. Have you never attended a Chapter Meeting before? Please come! We will welcome
you with open arms, plus it's really fun!

Ladies, the holidays are soon approaching. In addition to the happiness that holidays bring, comes
lots of stress! A great way to relax before the rush begins is to join friends and have great
conversation and DANCE (or just people watch) the night away. The Toys are a great cover band
that plays fun current and some old songs – a little something for everyone. They are playing at
AJ’s Bar & Grill in Muskego. We can carpool for those interested.

If you’ve never been here before, you’re in for a treat. This gym is huge, with tons of stuff for
young children to play with during Preschool Play. And the cost is $5 for two hours (9:30am –
11:30am) – a bargain when compared to other gymnastics open gyms.

Avoid the holiday weight gain by starting your holidays on a healthy note. Helium trampoline park
offers AIRobics which combines calisthenics, core exercises and aerobics for a really fun workout.
Cost is $10 but there are buy one get one free coupons in the Valpak and Clipper magazine. Helium
is located at 16235 W. Beloit Rd, New Berlin. Class starts at 7 pm but please arrive by 6:45pm to
sign in, etc.
