Harrison Balisky joined CPEX in 2014 as an Associate on the Retail Investment Sales Team, upon
completing the CPEX Sales Training Program. In this position, he will be responsible for assisting on
all projects within the business line, including evaluations of properties, prospecting for new business,
and marketing the team’s growing list of properties.
Prior to CPEX, Mr. Balisky worked as a Special Project Coordinator for Certification for Sustainable
Transportation at the University of Vermont, assisting with sales and marketing to promote more
energy efficient transportation options. He also previously worked at Casella Waste Management
as a Summer Associate, performing case study analysis and various research as well as building the
company’s client database.
Mr. Balisky graduated from UVM in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies.
While at UVM, he was a member of the Entrepreneurship Society and the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity
and earned Professional Certificates in Campus Sustainability Leadership and Sustainable Business.
He also attended Cass Business School at City University London for a semester.
Mr. Balisky currently resides in Glen Cove, New York.
