NOTE
 Panels & display boards should be restricted within the Allotted Space, (for bare space) & within the stall area (Machines should be at least 3 feet






inside their space from all sides).
Indian exhibitors displaying / operating Foreign Made Machines will be charged US$ rate on double the Machine area.
Corner stand will be allotted on first come first served basis.
Corner stands will be min. 24 sq. mtr. & above.
Panels or display boards are prohibited to be erected up to the alleys of the corner stalls; it should be within the allotted space.
Registration Fees & Security Deposit should be paid along with the Booking Amount.
Security deposit - paid will be refunded along with other refund, if any, after the event.
 SERVICE TAX EXTRA @ 12.36% CURRENTLY. (Service tax & other government duties as applicable at the time of payment).
 To avail membership discount please ensure 3 years membership fees is paid along with your initial payment. Failure to which membership discount will be
withdrawn.
 All discounts will be adjusted only in the final installment. Discounts applicable only if all the installments are paid before due date.
 D.D. for payment of Participation charges may be drawn in favour of "AIPMA PLASTIVISION INDIA". Please send Demand Draft for outstation payments.
