Towards participation charges in 3rd Edition of PASUMAI VIKATAN AGRI EXPO - 2016, ERODE
PAYMENT DETAILS

All payments should be made by A/c Payee at par Cheque or Demand Draft in favour of Vikatan Media
Services Pvt Ltd payable at Coimbatore.

Advance payment of 50% on Stall rental and 100% for all additional service charges should be made along with
application form.

Balance payment of 50% of Stall rent to be paid within 21 days from the date of allotment letter. No application will be
entertained without advance payment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.General
a. Allotment of Stalls will be made strictly on “first come first served basis“ decided by the organizer.
b. Last date of receipt of application is 20th August 2016.
c. The participant shall use the space only for exhibition purpose & not for cooking, staying or washing.
d. The decision of the Directors, PASUMAI VIKATAN AGRI EXPO - 2016, ERODE will be final and binding in regard to enforcement of these rules & regulations as
laid down by the organizer.
e. The organizers reserve the right to alter the Floor Plan & Lay – out.
f. Any rental items are charged for 4 days.
2.Sales
Sale of any product in the Fair premises will be subject to the rules & regulations of the Government of Tamilnadu and the Central Government as the case may be.
3.Limit of Liability
The organizers are not liable in any form for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor's property/Exhibits at the exhibition site or injury to their personnel and visitors.
4.Insurance
All the participants are advised to arrange for comprehensive insurance for their exhibits at their own cost.
5.Force Majeure
Under the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike, bandh, natural calamities and other events and decisions beyond the control of the organizers, the
organizers are entitled to alter the dates, duration or cancellation of the entire fair. In the event of cancellation of the fair, the participation charges will be refunded
after deduction of the costs already incurred by the organizers. At any cost stall cancellation will not be allowed. No refund will be given to the participants.
6.Instructions Manual
A Separate exhibitor manual will be sent to the confirmed Participants by mail.
7.Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
