Terms and Conditions
Events taking place at St Martins Church,Brabyns Brow, Marple Bridge,
Stockport
Applications




All applications must be made on Lainey Events and Designs application form.
Applications will only be accepted if accompanied by full fee which can be made by Pay Pal
via website www.laineyeventsanddesigns.com. Payment can also be made by Cheque
payable to Elaine Redford or by bank transfer and you should send an email to
[email protected] for full details of my Bank account.
All payments received and accepted will receive by e mail a receipt as proof of payment
received.
If for any reason I am unable to accept your payment then it will be returned and you will be
notified by email or telephone.
Goods




Only goods described on Application form can be exhibited or sold on your stall.
Space cannot be sub-let after your application has been accepted.
All goods on stall must be handmade and there must be no counterfeit or stolen goods.
Lainey Events and Designs reserves the right to limit the number of types of craft available at
any event so as to ensure a good mix for the public. Lainey Events will retain your contact
details for future events or if there is a cancellation. Please advise should you not wish this.
Cancellation



If stall is cancelled within 28 days then full payment is due.
If you fail to turn up on day then you will lose full amount paid.
All cancellations should be made in writing to: Elaine Redford, 23 Harrytown, Romiley,
Stockport, SK6 3BS as soon as possible to enable me to find another Stallholder.
Marple Bridge Handmade Craft Fair
The venue will open to Public 10.30-4 pm and stall holders can begin to unload at 9.30a.m.
There is car parking at back of venue but you may then need to park your car free in the car Park
opposite the church.
Arrange to be set up no later than 10 mins before opening time.
Only dismantle stall at 4pm unless advised otherwise.
Stall





You will be provided with a 5ft table which should be covered. The covering should reach
floor at front and sides. Boxes, cases etc should be stored underneath.
Please keep your area neat and tidy.
Do not affix any nails or other fixings to the walls or floors.
Please ensure when you leave, your area is clean and tidy and you take all litter with you.
Do not move tables without permission of Elaine Redford as consideration of placing of
tables will have been considered with respect to Fire Exits, walkways etc. However all
reasonable requests will be considered.

If you do provide your own table please ensure that it is covered with a cloth and boxes are
under table as above.
Responsibilities and Liabilities




Lainey Events and Designs are not responsible for the safety of persons, stock, money or
possessions whilst travelling to and from the event. This remains your responsibility.
All items brought onto the property are done so at your own risk.
All stall holders must have full public and product liability insurance, a copy of which
must be emailed to me prior to the event. If you don’t already have PPL then you
might like to check out a-n The Artists Information Company as they offer a 12
month subscription which is for practising artists, includes AIR membership, £5m
Public and Product Liability insurance, full online access for an annual subscription
of £36 (price correct at time of publication). This is for your own protection
In some circumstances especially if you are new I may be able to let you sign a
disclaimer form.
