• Presentation of a bank guarantee in the amount of 1 Mio. EUR on the day of auction
• Presentation of a fixed cheque confirmation of the bidder´s bank
in the amount of the buying price connected with a blank-cheque in favor of
IndustrieWert GmbH on the day of auction
