ZF 8HP70 Overhaul Kit
Transgo 6T70 Shift Kit
New TransTec® overhaul kit 2658 services the ZF
RWD/AWD eight-speed HP70 transmission. Featured subkits and components include a sealing-ring kit, molded rubber pan gasket, yoke-spline seal, manual-lever seal,
converter seal, and 2WD and 4WD rear seals, the company
said. The HP70 is used in vehicles including BMW,
Chrysler,
Dodge,

The Transgo® 6T70 Shift Kit from Transtar (part number

Ford, GM Oversized TCC-Control-Valve Kits
BorgWarner’s recently released CD4E INT/OD band, Part
No. 50226BW, includes high-energy friction material and
additional oil slots for better cooling. It is used in high-output applications and retrofits to all applications, the company said.
Sonnax has two new oversized TCC control-valve kits to
correct multiple TCC issues and converter apply/release
concerns due to excess wear at the TCC control-valve bore.
Featuring hardcoat anodized aluminum valves to combat
premature wear, these kits restore hydraulic integrity for renewed TCC, lubrication and cooler operation, according to
the company. Kit 144510-07K fits Ford 6F35 units, and
144510-05K is
for use in firstand secondgeneration GM
6T40/45/50

Jack Safety Stands
Daihatsu A4L Overhaul Kit
These jack safety stands offered by Transtar (part number
T1003) feature a four-legged steel base with pads for stability and a ductile-iron support column with ratchet teeth for
multiple height positions. Its self-locking handle and pawl
secure the column in place, and its large saddles with locating lugs provide support, the company said. The six-ton-capacity saddle also includes
a recess for acceptance of a
vehicle panel rail.
TransTec® now has available overhaul kit DP2632 to service the A4L FWD/AWD four-speed step transmission. This
transmission is found in various Daihatsu, Perodua and

DPS6/6DCT250 dry-dual-clutch six-speed transmission.

and master kits for ZF 9HP48. This nine-speed unit is used
in vehicles including 2015 Chrysler 200 six-cylinder; 2015
Acura TLX 3.5L, MDX 3.5L and RDX; 2015 Honda Pilot and
Odyssey; and 2014 Land Rover Evoque. Kits are available
with or without pistons, the company said.
Spicer 75W-90 gear oil from Transtar (part number
M465GA-1) is a full-synthetic product engineered for maximum service life. This gear oil will help protect your rebuilds, the company said.

A new Honda third-gear piston kit designed as an economical way to service Honda transmissions is now available

6T40/45/50 Pressure-Switch Rebuild Kit
XA-10LN CVT Overhaul Kit
First-generation GM 6T40, 6T45 and 6T50 transmissions
often exhibit various trouble codes and shift irregularities
related to the transmission electro-hydraulic control module (TEHCM). Previously, the only solution was to replace

can be repaired with this kit, according to the company.
Precision International now has available overhaul, banner
and master kits for ZF 8HP55AF. This transmission is used
in various 2009-2013 Audi models including A4, A5, A6,
A7, A8/S8, Q5 and allroad. Kits are available with or without
pistons, the company said.

TCS Products’ five-clutch power pack for the third-gear
drum in Chrysler A727/A518/A618 units has a billet aluminum clutch piston that is CNC machined to deliver a

XA-15LN CVT Overhaul Kit
Toyota AB60E/F Speed Sensor
New TransTec® overhaul kit 2651 services the XA-15LN
continuously variable transmission used in various Mazda,
Subaru and Toyota vehicles in model years 2003-2014. It
includes a sealing-ring kit, pan gasket, axle seals, manuallever seal and converter seal.
The Toyota AB60E/F transmission speed sensor available
from Transtar (part number A157436) is designed for 2007
and later models. The unit uses two of these sensors – one
for input and one for output.
Toyota K310 Steel Plates

Alto Products Corp. now has available steel plates for the
Toyota K310 CVT steel module. The plates are available as a
complete steel module, Alto # 186753A, or as individual
plates.
BorgWarner has released the 4L80-E High Energy front flex
band 99+, Part No. 50236BW, into the aftermarket.

6T40/45/50 Oversized Clutch Boost Valve

Audi 01J CVT Pressure-Control Solenoid
48RE Banner Kit
This pressure-control solenoid from Transtar (part number
A33420B) is used in three locations in 2000-13 models of
the Audi 01J CVT.
Whatever it Takes now sells a banner kit for the 2003-up
48RE transmission. The kit includes an overhaul kit with
molded rubber pan gasket and Raybestos GPZ overdrive direct friction plates, the company said.
Ford 6R80 Overhaul Kits
Ford 6F35 Overhaul Kits
Precision International now offers overhaul, banner and
master kits for the 2009-14 6R80. The overhaul kit is part
number KP37900KA, the banner kit is KP3700KAW/O and
the master kit is KP3700KA. No pistons are available yet,
the company said. Applications include Ford Everest,
Expedition, F-150, Mustang, Ranger and Transit; Lincoln
Navigator; and Mazda BT-50.
Overhaul, banner and master kits for 2013-up Ford 6F35
are now available from Precision International.
Applications include 2013-14 Ford Edge, Escape, Explorer,
Fusion and Taurus with four-cylinder engines. Kits are offered with or without pistons, the company said.
