1) The AFMA Golf Tournament is an annual event that is currently help at the beautiful and much Acclamimed WE-Ko-Pa
Golf Club at Fort McDowell. The tournament will give you the opportunity to invite your customers to spend an enjoyable
day relaxing and networking followed by lunch and prizes. The 2013 Tourney was a great success, attended by over 300 folks
2) The Excellence in Leadership Awards Banquet is held every year to honor individuals in the retail and supplier industries
that have had a positive impact through Leadership and Innovation. The banquet begins with a silent auction(benifiting the
Education Foundation), followed by dinner and awards ceremony, This is a great opportunity to meet the "Best of the Best"
and enjoy a night of celebration.
3) The Award Winning Arizona Food Industry Journal. The perfect place to Advertise your Company, or present a New Item
to the Market. The Joural reaches of 3,000 individuals including Retailers, (Category Managers and Senior Management),
suppliers, state and federal government employees. All Ads are full color and the size of the ad can be customized to fit
your needs.
4) For the second year AFMA has partnered with Clear Channel Outdoor to supply Diamond and Platinum level sponsors,
1 free digital billboard (a $4,000 value) in the Phoenix area for a period of 4 weeks, at no additional cost to the program.

5) Annual Legislator's Day at the Capitol! This is a very popular event for Retailers and their Suppliers as you have an
opportunity to interact with elected officials and discuss topics pertinant to your business, in a casual setting on the
East Lawn of the Capitol.
6) Retailer Advertising. Available to Diamond and Platinum sponsors. This gives you an opportunity to negoiate a Free Ad

7) Annual dues and Excellence in Leadership vote. As a sponsor, your dues are already included in the cost. This gives you
access to many benefits including the opportunity for all of your employees and their children in Arizona, to apply for a
Scholarship through the Arizona Food & Drug Industry Foundation. You are also awarded 1 vote in each category for the
Excellence in Leadership Awards nominees.
