About college:S.G.M.R.P Mahagaon has started in the year 2008 by the
Sant Gajanan Maharaj Rural Hospital & Research Centre
Mahagaon, and is offering Diploma, UG & PG programs in
Engineering, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Education & Nursing. The
institute has its own spectacular buildings with spacious well
equipped sophisticated laboratories, classroom & other facilities
as per norms & standards of AICTE & MSBTE.
The college offers diploma in Engineering in seven
branches viz. Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics &
Telecommunication, Computer & Civil Engineering. The present
intake is 400 students per year. The college has 10 buses for
convenience of staff & students, Hostels for Boys & Girls, Staff
quarters in addition to co-operative store, canteen & recreational
facilities. The college has an active training placement cell for
campus recruitment & fruitful following. There is also a parentteacher association keen in the development of college. Forums
and association functioning in the college like sports & health
club, guidance & concealing cell, cultural center, alumni’s association, technical forum & staff club promote the co-curricular &
extra-curricular talents of students. Effective utilization of
linkage between academic complex & wide network of industrial
units in surroundings help the student develop practical skill and
entrepreneurial potentiality. To sum up, the facilities available in
the college help the students mold their complete personality
both professional & character .
